Reinventing for the future

Having passed through one of history’s most testing times, Indian organizations are now preparing for renewed opportunities with great optimism.

The pandemic has become endemic (fingers crossed), and most organizations are looking forward to a year filled with opportunities. India has experienced one of the fastest recoveries, and in 2022, a huge number of organizations will increase their investments in technology.

Research firm, Gartner, for instance, predicts that IT spending in India is forecast to total $101.8 billion in 2022, an increase of 7% from 2021. Cloud has now become the new normal, and most organizations have already adopted cloud, or are planning to increase the number of deployments using the cloud. As CIOs fast track their IT projects, demand for enterprise software and remote working solutions will surge.

Security too will see increased prominence, as identity becomes the new perimeter. Automation is also fast gaining traction – both from a business process automation perspective and IT infrastructure automation.
